I led the consolidation of 50+ fragmented tools into a single, intelligent ecosystem across multiple devices and operating systems.
By balancing business goals with real on-ground workflows, we built a platform tough enough for high-pressure field use, yet intuitive enough to triple workflow speed.

Samsung Email - redesigned for enterprise compliance — security protocols, regulatory guardrails, and organisational policy, all abstracted beneath an interface that asks nothing extra of the person using it.

Samsung Health Tracking Experinece Enhancement: Most health apps track data. Few understand the person behind it.
Through mixed-method research with 650+ participants across global markets, we uncovered the unspoken emotional contract people have with their own wellbeing, and rebuilt Samsung Health's Mindfulness and Medication features around it.
From utilities to companions.
Complexity doesn't disappear when you add more controls. It disappears when the interface understands space.
This project reimagined the SmartThings experience by introducing an spatial framework powered by AI & AR for home visualization and appliance orchestration.
By allowing users to plan and control their environments within a three-dimensional context, the design moved from abstract lists to actionable spatial controls.
